The cost of attending SOHO 15 will vary depending on what accommodation options you select. Please read the following information about conference costs carefully.
Note: the abbreviation GBP refers to UK pounds. To calculate this amount in other currencies the online Universal Currency Converter (tm) can be used.
You can make credit card payments by going to the University of St Andrews ecommerce pages, select conferences and pick the SOHO 15 conference from the list. Choose the accommodation option you selected and add the appropriate products from the list to your basket.
Conference fee
The conference fee is GBP 200.00
This covers attendance at the conference, lunch each day at New Hall, tickets to the welcome reception (on Monday 6th), the conference dinner and ceilidh (Wednesday 8th), and a whisky tasting event (on Thursday 9th).

The following prices are the nightly rates for the Conference organised accommodation.

Double rooms can be booked for delegates bringing an accompanying person (e.g., spouse/partner), or couples who are both attending the conference.
Please note that these are not twin rooms (there will be only one double bed).
Accompanying person
If you wish to bring an accompanying person (e.g., spouse or partner), then there is an additional conference fee of GBP 70.00
This covers lunch at New Hall each day, a ticket to the conference dinner for the accompanying person, and their attendance at the welcome reception and the whisky tasting event.
